11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our medical facilities are located in Mexico, where all treatments are performed. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mexico for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our medical services.

For users in the United States, Canada, or other countries: you acknowledge that medical treatments are provided in Mexico and are subject to Mexican medical regulations. Any disputes related to medical treatment will be resolved under Mexican jurisdiction.

12. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any complaints or disputes. In the event of an unresolved dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Mexico City, Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM), except where prohibited by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eternal Center Health regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
