Frequently asked
questions
Everything you need to know about stem cell therapy at Eternal Center Health.
What is stem cell therapy and how does it work?
Stem cell therapy uses mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) harvested from donated umbilical cord tissue. These cells have unique regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties—they differentiate into various cell types, release growth factors that promote healing, and modulate the immune system. At Eternal Center Health, treatments are personalized based on each patient's medical history and condition.
Is stem cell therapy safe?
Yes, when performed by qualified professionals in regulated facilities. Eternal Center Health follows strict COFEPRIS (Mexican Ministry of Health) regulations. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals in sterile clinical environments with rigorous quality controls.
What conditions can be treated with stem cells?
Eternal Center Health treats 18 chronic conditions: arthritis (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid), lupus, diabetes (Type 1 & 2), multiple sclerosis, depression, osteoporosis, thyroid disorders, sciatica, circulation problems, diabetic foot, fatty liver, high blood pressure, prostate inflammation, psoriasis, respiratory diseases, ulcers, ulcerative colitis, and vitiligo. Each patient's eligibility is determined after a thorough medical review.
Where are treatments performed?
All treatments are performed in Mexico at Centro Medico Eternal's state-of-the-art facilities in Riviera Maya (Quintana Roo) and Monterrey (Nuevo León). These therapies are not yet approved by the FDA for use in the United States, which is why patients travel to our Mexican clinics.
How long does a treatment take?
Treatment protocols vary by condition. Most patients spend 5-7 days at our facility, which includes initial consultation, the treatment itself, and initial recovery. Some conditions may require multiple sessions spaced weeks or months apart.
How much does stem cell therapy cost?
Treatment costs vary depending on the condition, severity, and personalized protocol. Eternal Center Health provides customized treatment plans with transparent pricing after a free initial consultation. Contact us at (954) 404-4239 (US) or +52 813 239 7196 (Mexico) for a personalized quote.
Does stem cell therapy guarantee results?
No. Stem cell therapy offers no guarantees and is not promoted as a cure, similar to many conventional medical treatments. A review of the patient's medical history is required to determine eligibility. Many patients report significant improvements in symptoms and quality of life, but individual results vary based on condition, severity, age, and overall health.
Where do the stem cells come from?
We use mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) sourced from donated umbilical cord tissue—a rich, ethically-sourced source of young, potent regenerative cells. All donations are screened and processed in our COFEPRIS-regulated laboratory following strict quality protocols.
